What services do True Sales Academy offer?

How do I use the videos & templates as a learning resource?

The videos are best viewed at the pace of 2-3 per week. There are 8 downloadable templates supplied with the course which will aid your learning journey. Paul will talk you through each sheet and how it can be applied to every day conversations & situations.

You will have 90 days from purchase to complete the courses.

How will I receive my course?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive confirmation via email. From there, log into your account and your chosen course will be accessible under the ‘My Account’ section.

Purchasing for more than 5 people?

If you run a commercial team, an MD or are in a HR department and looking to offer these courses to 5 or more colleagues, do get in touch with [email protected]

Can I download the courses?

No, you cannot download the courses. All course content is available to view within the ‘Course Portal’, under the ‘My Account Section’. The only downloadable content is the templates that accompany most of the videos.

Do you offer customer support or assistance?

Absolutely! Our customer support team is available to assist you. You can contact us through [email protected]

What happens if I forget my login credentials?

If you forget your login credentials, you can use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset your password or retrieve your username. We will send instructions to your registered email address

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter or notifications?

You can easily unsubscribe from our email newsletter by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter or by adjusting your email preferences in your account settings

Do you have a refund policy if I’m not happy?

Yes. Whilst we feel confident you will enjoy the courses and benefit from both the videos and the downloadable templates, we have a refund policy in the unlikely event that we have not met your expectations. To view the policy in full, click here

How do I make a complaint?

You can submit a complaint to us in writing by completing a complaints form – please follow the link. We work hard to create compelling content and valuable resources to help you sell better but if either our content or the delivery of it has failed to meet your expectations, please feel free to share the details with us. Our first aim is to fix the problem for you.
